注文の品はいつ届きますか？
お支払いの確認ができ次第です。午後２時前に確認できれば、翌日ワインを受け取ることができます。

配送日時を変更できますか？
発送前であれば調整致します。できるだけ早くお知らせください。

配送料について本数に限らず一件につき、税込700円いただきます。

• When is the purchase shipped out?

After confirming your payment we can ship out your order. If the payment is confirmed before 2 p.m., you can receive your purchase the next day.

• How much is the delivery charge?

Every order costs 700 Yen for delivery, tax included.

• Can I change the delivery date and time?

Please contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange the change if the shipment is still not done.
